At BOS Natural Flavors (P) Ltd, we are committed to providing you with high-quality natural color products. Due to the nature of our concentrated formulations and the importance of storage and handling conditions, we have a strict return policy in place to protect both our customers and our quality standards.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of product delivery.
- Only unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or removed from original packaging will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.
Important: As our products are highly concentrated, we cannot assess how they were stored or handled once opened. For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, BOS will not accept any returns or issue refunds for opened products.
Conditions for Returns
- Product must be damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered to qualify for return.
- You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- Product must be in as-new, re-sellable condition with all consumables and accessories sealed and intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect ordering.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a Credit Note usable for future purchases on our website.
- Refunds will only be processed once the product passes our internal quality check, which may take 4–5 business days, followed by 2 business days for credit issuance.
- For promotional purchases (e.g., bundle offers), all products in the bundle must be returned.
- Shipping, card transaction, and return courier costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only possible if the product received is defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products not in original packaging.
- Items returned beyond the 2-day return window.
- Sale or promotional items.
Shipping Responsibility
- You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning any item.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance for returns.
- If the return is not received or is damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund or credit.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for missed discount coupon usage.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Courier-Delivered Returns
- If your product was delivered by courier, we do not arrange pickups.
- You must arrange shipment to our office at your own expense.
- Ensure proper packaging for safe transit.
