Storage Policy
At BOS Natural Colors, we take great care in delivering natural, high-quality color products derived from botanical sources. To maintain the integrity, vibrancy, and shelf life of our colors, it is crucial that they are stored properly.
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure optimal performance and longevity of our natural colorants:
General Storage Instructions (All Colors)
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Exposure to sunlight can cause fading or discoloration due to the natural properties of our products.
- Do not store near heat sources or in humid conditions.
- Once opened, tightly seal the container to avoid contamination.
- We do not accept returns for opened products.
Special Storage Instructions
- Pink Color:
Must be refrigerated at all times, including before and after opening. - Blue Color:
Refrigerate once opened to preserve color stability. - All Other Colors:
Refrigeration is only required after opening. Prior to opening, store as per general guidelines.
Baking & Heat Note
- Baking or processing at high temperatures may result in color variation in the final product. This is a natural outcome and does not reflect product quality issues.
Important Notice
Our colors are 100% natural and free from synthetic stabilizers. Therefore, proper storage is essential to preserve their natural strength and appearance.
BOS will not be responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage, including sunlight exposure, heat, or failure to refrigerate pink and blue colors as required.
